Screening
Initial inquiries are screened by one or more of our consultants. Screening involves an initial conversation regarding the client’s needs and background. An industry and issue analysis will be followed by a second conversation with feedback on what role Rotractus might play in reaching a solution. At this time, a client might be referred to another firm, or it will be recommended that the issues be taken to stage one.

Stage One
The results of the screening process are presented at a general meeting which includes all our consultants. A time limited discussion among the group will result in a decision to take the case, or refer it elsewhere. A proposal will be created and presented to the client.

Stage Two
Accepted proposals are presented to all consultants for interest in joining the consulting team. The account managing consultant and the client will together make a final determination of the core team. All Rotractus members are welcome to provide input during the project. In depth interviews, analysis, and solution set development are included in stage two.

Stage Three
All consultants will view an initial presentation of the analysis and solution set, providing input for clarity and accuracy. The concluded presentation will then be made to the client for discussion and adjustment. (clients are encouraged to view and participate at any point)

Stage Four
The project is concluded with the delivery of findings and a primary solution. The format of the presentation can be via written report, live presentation, part of an implementation plan, or a combination of media.

Implementation
The client may opt to contract with the Rotractus team, or an individual consultant, to implement solutions.
